busco a alguien o algo dentro de un rio

estoy dentro de un rio o en la orilla buscando algo o alguien pero siempre termino asustada porque un animal sale del agua y termino escapando de ese lugar. El animal puede ser una tortuga gigante o una vivora grande que al salir del agua se vuelve mas agil,mayormente culmina con que me encuentro en la casa de mis padres que ya fallecieron y en la realidad no la frecuento seguido, diria casi nunca
