Dientes perdidos :S

Hola soñe que despertaba he hiba al baño a lavarme la cara, cuando levante la cara para verme en el espejo me di cuenta que me habian salido dos dientes (insicivos centrales inferiores) enfrente de mis dientes normales pero estos nuevos dientes estaban podridos y feos, yo me ponia a llorar y comence a cepillarlos, despues podia ver como se quebraban y se caían y veia todo el tejido podrido y lloraba mas hasta que se cayeron por completo y quedaron mis dientes normales que significa? ayuda!!!
